The Club look forward to welcoming you to our Championship Dog Show. The Club will ensure, to the best of its ability, that the event is conducted in compliance with Covid Safe Guidelines, both national and local, in effect at the time. You are reminded that it is your responsibility to comply with national and local restrictions including advice on travel. The Club will endeavour to minimise the risk, but it is not possible to guarantee a no Covid-19 risk scenario. There will be an element of assumption of risk by those who choose to attend the event. Exhibitors should not attend if they have any symptoms of Covid 19. Exhibitors who fall into a category regarded as ‘vulnerable’ attend at their own risk. All entry forms must include an email address and/or phone number should track and trace be required. Attendees should wear masks / face covering, unless medically exempt, and should bring their own Sanitiser. This will be our first indoor show since Covid-19 restrictions began and while it is unlikely to be quite what we are used to we will endeavour to make it as enjoyable as possible while adhering Covid guidelines in force at the time. We regret that there will be no benching, so the entry fee has been adjusted accordingly. However, we are hopeful that cages will be allowed in to the hall and space will be allocated for them. They should be at least 1m apart unless in a household ‘Bubble’. We request that exhibitors limit the number of people attending with them to prevent us exceeding the amount of people allowed in the hall. It may be that we as attendees to bring their own chairs, depending on the guidelines at the time. We do not anticipate people being able to sit by the ringside. Your safety is our priority and we ask that you check for updates on the Club’s Website and Facebook Page. A Safety Plan will be notified, via the Club’s Website and Facebook Page, nearer the time of the show. John Moate Chairman / Covid Officer
