Hello, only just realised that there is a Dalmatian Forum, so we had to join. Let us tell you about ourselves:

We've had our Dalmatians since 1997 and in the last 5 years or so we have started fostering dogs for NOEDC Welfare, in total we've had over 6 dogs, 2 of our own and 4 fosters.

We currently have 2 foster dogs, one is 13 and the other 12, we don't think they're going anywhere soon as the 12 year old has been with us for four years now and the 13 year old has been with us for a year. Looking forward to chatting and getting to know you Very Happy

Hello and welcome
How lovely that you are able to help the lucky dallies.
Tell us about your other dogs too, and pictures are always good Smile

It's handy that I've been going through old photo's and scanning them as of late! So I'll introduce our spotties, past and present are:

Casper 1997-2008, got him at 16 weeks old, our first and what started the obsession all off!

Georgia 1999-2010, got her at 18 months old, about the same age as Casper when we got her.

Another of Casper & Georgia when they were young playing:

Hattie 2008, She was about 7 when we got her, and and a very nasty lump between her legs, so nasty that I didn't realise she was a girl at the first meet, ended up going to a really nice couple who had a boy and apparently they got along great:

Hattie (top) Casper (right) and Georgia (Left) enjoying the sun:

Harry 2009-Present, 7 years old when we got him, sure he's a ringer as he is showing no signs of slowing down.

Another of Harry at one of the Madge Cull days:

Toby 2011, 9 months old at the time, really nice natured dog even though a bit young and hadn't really been trained. Went over to live with another dally dog over in Blackpool. We knew they were going to get one as they were both the same age and just played and played:

Toby & Harry:

Pepper 2012-Present, re-homed at the age of 12. Grumpy, old, likes to keep Harry in his place!

DaisyAnd of course any discerning spotty owner needs some wheels to move their faithful friends around, and what better than a 1975 Land Rover Very Happy
